Hi!
You know how sometimes you take a name people call you to make fun of you and turn it into something good? That’s where alienbooknose came from. Once upon a time, I had an annoying little brother (now I have 3) who made fun of me for reading all the time. It didn’t take me long to adopt the title “alienbooknose” proudly. Yep, I’m a nerd and I’m cool with that.
Being a nerd, I have a gazillion websites and started (but not really maintained) blogs. This one is all about three of my current obsessions: yarn, books and tea. They go together, you see, because they’re all things that I enjoy using (knitting, reading, drinking) but also that I enjoy collecting a little too much. In fact, I’ve only been knitting since February 2008, so my yarn stash is rather small compared to my tea stash or my book stash.
